Can you zip / unzip this aero bike bag for top tube with one hand?

Yes. I used this during the IRONMAN 70.3 Eagleman, without any practice, I was able to easily open and close it during the race while holding 20+ mph the entire time. Plenty of room for all your nutrition as well.

Will these top tube bags for bicycles fit all essential material for riding (CO2 cartilage, inflator, spare tube, etc)?

I've got a cartridge, a tube, a Portland Design Works Shiny Object inflator, tire levers and a multi tool in mine. That pretty much fills it up.

If I only put gels in the bag, how many can I carry?
