While I'm not that big, most sleeping bags that I've purchased have been too tight for me and I prefer to be able to move. With this sleeping bag, it not only keeps me warm but allows me the room I'm looking for when sleeping inside. I move around a lot when I sleep and find that I will fall asleep on my back but will wake up on my side. With this sleeping bag, I'm able to move around all night long without waking up to adjust the sleeping bag. I go to sleep on my back and wake up on my side but find that there's room for me to sleep on my side without it being too tight. I can even put a small pillow inside for extra comfort. I have washed this and after pulling it out of the dryer, I was able to roll it back up easily. A very warm sleeping bag and love that it doesn't make a bunch of noise while moving around inside of it.

I ordered several sleeping bags from Amazon to look at with the intention of keeping my favorite one. This is the one that I ended up keeping. I'm an average sized woman, not overweight at all, but I am a restless sleeper who moves around a lot. So this bigger size appealed to me.This sleeping bag is well made and the purple color is gorgeous, kind of a purplish-blue. The bag is roomy and the fabrics on both the outside and the inside have an appealing feel to them. Worth noting, the fabric on the inside is a taffeta...not a flannel or cotton. I prefer this, as when I move around at night, my clothes don't grip to the fabric and the bag stays in place on my air mattress.I have to say that I'm almost certain that this bag won't be warm enough for temps under around 40 degrees, so I'll use extra blankets in temps that are lower than that.While this bag does come with a stuff sack, it's a tight fit. I managed to get my bag into the sack but it was a struggle and is more work than I want to go through every time I go camping. So for an extra $10. I got a stuff sack that's a bit bigger and the bag goes right in. So for me, I have to add the extra cost to the cost of the bag itself for the total. It's worth it, and I'll be so glad when I go to pack this thing up at the conclusion of my next camping trip.

This is a great sleeping bag. I got the 40 inch wide one. I'm 200 lbs and a side sleeper. I can turn over in this bag and it doesn't "twist" around with you. Liner is comfortable. It is great for car camping and such, it is not for backpacking as it's heavier than a backpackers sleeping bag.

My extended family have sleep overs time to time, especially during holidays so I purchased this sleeping bag for our sleep over guests. This is a great sleeping bag for two people but it can be used in so many different ways.WHAT I LIKE:[+] Very roomy for two people to sleep inside comfortably[+] The sleeping bag can be completely unzipped and used as a blanket and sleeping pad for those who doesn't like the feel of being trapped inside a sleeping bag[+] It can be converted into two single sleeping bags! I was able to roll it up and put it inside the storage sack but it would have made it much easier if the bag was a bit bigger.BOTTOM LINE:5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend this sleeping bag for two people. I don't think I can call this a 4 seasons sleeping bag but it's definitely good enough for 3 seasons and I bought this for my house sleep over guests so it's not a problem for me. A great buy, especially since you are essentially getting 2 sleeping bags!

I had returned one of the two bags (extra large W=40") bags because it was labeled "regular" and quickly received a bag identified as the extra wide bag. When I finally got around to measuring the width I discovered that the bags were only 38" in width, but they are both marked as the extra large. My children held each side and I measured. The vendor should not be allowed to advertise this bag as a 40" wide bag, which was critical to use in my Airstream. This is important because there were other considerations with the width I needed had I known these bags were only 38" in width.
