I have not had any issues with this. I was in the market for a sweet stash box where i could store my goodies. The quality of the wood is great and seems to be pretty well build. I haven't had a problem with the hinges or the lock mechanism, but i have seen other negative comments about those. The fear I have for those two things breaking is why I give it 4. The stickers and other tools provided are a really nice touch and if you don't mind the possible cheap hardware definitely buy it. customize it to make it cool would be my only suggestion.

I was upset about the lock but I have to say Hovanzo stood strongly beside their product, went above and beyond to help me and were very, very helpful in getting the issue resolved in a quick and helpful manner. I did contact them twice but they got back to me quickly after the second contact.The boxes are awesome. I almost went with another brand but this one was less expensive, was just as sturdy and came with more additional items, so I took a chance and was pleased with everything about it.I cannot be more happy with how they handled my issue and would refer them anytime! Thank you!Previous review: I’ve contacted the company twice but have not yet heard back, will update my review if/when I do.I was happy with the box, it’s got weight to it and the accessories are great, but a month or so into using the box, the lock won’t open using my code. No one has access to the box but myself and I didn’t change the code, it just will not open. It worked fine so I’m not sure what the issue is. All of my things are now locked inside, I’m stuck with the choice of breaking the lock which renders the box useless to me.

The box itself looks sleek and clean, especially the black and gold color combo. It’s a perfect gift for someone who loves their flower.
