Omg, I could literally cry!! I’ve been craving ramen sooo much since being gluten free. I’m not joking when I say this stuff tastes just like the regular ramen (even better) it’s so flavorful. I’m sooooo happy!!!!!!

Absolutely love this seasoning. Since going gluten free my daughter and I really miss our guilty pleasure of ramen. This makes it to where we can have healthy ramen and it tastes even better than the gross unhealthy ones in a cup. I’m on my third bag of it. So yummy!

the flavor is great honestly and works well with other seasonings and add ons that make it tastes better.my only issue is the packaging or something makes the flavoring powder turn hard, not sure if its from moisture getting in or from heat but, a packaging that is more air tight would be better.i rarely get to use the full amount before its harden completely even though I make sure im closing the bag completely!! idk maybe its a user error on my part but it never feels tightly closed

When I found out I had to become gluten free due to an allergy (i am not celiac as far as i am aware), I was pretty destroyed. I found out I couldn't have normal pizza, pasta, dumplings, tempura shrimp etc... heart breaking. It wasn't until I was hungry late at night and all the stores were closed when I discovered I couldn't even have CUP NOODLE ANYMORE! this was a travesty for me. There is so much nostalgia, love, and sodium in Top Ramen and Maruchan. I could no longer have it. Thus, began my journey (as someone who isn't great at cooking) to make my own ramen seasoning. Chicken bouillon was too tame. Chicken broth was too basic. Even when seasoned, it just tasted like chicken soup. I was terrified. I thought, maybe, I can use the flavor packets from the Maruchan! But NO! There is evil gluten in all parts of the product! I thought my life was over. Until... I joined a GF Facebook group that recommended this highly, that they couldn't taste the difference between this and the real stuff. I took the plunge. I was desperate. This product is not only gluten free, but also vegan, but you could never tell. My first time trying it, I mimicked the amount in the seasoning packets, and it was SUBLIME. I really cried. Sometimes a diagnosis brings you peace, sometimes it brings you hardships. But 4 years later, and with this product, I have new hope. There is tons of seasoning in this little bag, and has lasted me months despite my addiction to ramen. It's a great deal. If you are gluten free or vegan, you must buy this. It will provide you with new hope.

I could tell from other reviews that this was going to be a higher quality ramen seasoning. What I didn't expect was just how good it actually is! I'm never satisfied eating a packaged ramen plain - I HAVE to add fresh ingredients and make it a leveled up ramen. I typically add soft boiled eggs, green onions, thinly sliced brisket, scallops/clams/catfish (if I'm feeling seafood-y), birdseye or Korean chili, enoki mushrooms, bok choi, fresh rice noodles, and kimchi or seaweed depending.With that said, this seasoning powder is so great to have at the ready in the pantry for any impromptu ramen EXPERIENCE. The flavor itself is so deep. It hits all of the classic tones you crave out of an instant ramen, but also has a satisfying meatiness and depth overall. I'm sure that attests to the quality of the ingredients, I just can't believe how they manage to such a deep flavor without using meat. I don't personally care if my food has meat or not. It just has to have the depth and umami, and Samabila definitely figured that part out.This seasoning has become a staple in my kitchen and I actually find myself also using it to have as a side dish soup. I'll put together some leftover tofu, cabbage, bok choi, etc. and cook it with this seasoning to have a nice hearty soup on the side.Love Samabila and can't wait to see what they roll out next!

Taste amazing and packs just as much flavor as a regular packet noodle but a more healthier alternative that is both vegan and gluten free.I cook a pack of gluten free ramen noodles separately, strain them use a cup or less of hot water with the recommended 1 tablespoon. The less water the stronger the flavor.. add more water if you want to dilute it and want a lighter taste.I add shredded carrots, green onions, mushrooms and other veggies to my ramen which when combined makes a wonderful and flavorful ramen and adds another layer of flavor.I noticed others complaining of the size. The Season comes in a small to medium size envelope packet. You’re only supposed to use around 1 tablespoon per bowl of ramen no different than a small individual packet that would come in a regular packet noodle.This is more than enough. Honestly If I were to empty this out it into a spice bottle it would more than fill a large or several spice bottles that you would get from the grocery store. Can’t s imagine anyone needing more than that.Would have been nice if they came individually packaged to the tablespoon amount as I can see others over doing it with the seasoning which may result in one serving being to high in sodium or too spicy for others. Overall great alternative and has lots of flavor.

This is INCREDIBLE. I used to love cheap instant ramen and have missed the flavor since being diagnosed with celiac. This mixed with chicken broth had the most incredible flavor and was so reminiscent of instant ramen.
