These pads did exactly as they should and targeted my lower back pain. The only thing I found, this won’t be the same for everyone I’m sure, but such is where I had to place my pad each day, I found I had to use the white tape that is used generally for holding a bandage or similar in place. The duration of the heat on these is awesome so I only use the one per day and leave off at night. Will definitely re order if I need again now and certainly keep a not of these for future ise

Stays on all day with heat and helps the pain

They used to stick much better than this, I don’t know if they are old stock or have been store incorrectly but they certainly used to stick a LOT better than this.Another thing I notice is they don’t stay hot for as long as before. Don’t get me wrong you’d wary get 10-12hrs out of them but with my being up at the crack of dawn (approx 6am) then going to bed at around 11pm. The old ones were still hot even when I took them off heading to bed. Not now though.—edit—A simple hack to get more out of these is to keep it on your jumper (example). Leave over night and in the morning simply squeeze the HARD pack. This seems to reactivate it tho’ that said it’s certainly NOT as hot as a new one.Hot enough to dull pain, or so I have found.Happy squeezing (both directions) ;)

These are the beast on the market I believe. After trying others these are the only ones that stick for a while and release heat. Doesn't do the hours that they claim but they definitely stick for long enough to make a difference. Love that these go directly onto the skin. Returning customer.

This is supposed to work for "up to 16 hours" but the reality is, you'll be lucky to get 10 minutes from them. They don't stick, so fall off almost immediately. Nothing but a waste of time and money.

Best heat pack on the market,and good price

They are OK. Don't find they keep too warm. Don't know whether I would repurchase.
