Do the small Sunnies giggle/jiggle like the large ones?

They do giggle hen you jiggle them. Our 3 year old granddaughter loves them.

What is the recommended age for these?

The Sunny Bunny show is aimed at younger audience but the little sunnies are cute for any plush toy lover.. My 4 yo granddaughter is a perfect age but my others, ages 1,2,6 all like them!

Are the batteries replaceable?

Nope. No where to open the bunnies unless you cut and re-sew.
