Can a glass bottle be used with this product or does the bottle need to be plastic?

Due to their construction, glass bottles may have narrower necks than plastic bottles and the dispenser's water probe (which draws water from the bottle) may not fit properly. The dispenser does not require a seal on the bottle to operate but it may not be able to draw all of the water if the probe does not fit.

Does this dispenser only work with primo water bottles? I get water from Arrowhead Water so wondering if it works with that.

It works with any standard water bottles. I have only used arrowhead water bottles with this dispenser. I've never actually used any primo water bottles.

Can the primo 601088 also accomodate 3 gallon water bottles? Does the 601088 have 1 or 2 spouts?

Anyone else looking for the answer can search the manufacturer and the model number... in the results, you should find the users manual, which states "Requires standard 3, 4 or 5 gallon water dispenser bottles. "
