Helps me through the depressing winter months.For myself, I find that these are best taken on an empty stomach with a cup of coffee in the morning, and then I won't eat for an hour afterwards. Good product. Helps with mood and sleep support. no taste. kind of a bigger capsule so if you struggle taking pills this might not be for you. I take before bed.

I've tried this a few times, with breaks in between, hoping to get a better result each time. But it's just not working for me. Rather than calm anxiety, it makes me more jittery and nervous the next day -- and caused heart palpitations. Oddly, it kept me awake and didn't help me sleep.I suspect this is something that works if your body actually needs it, or works best in exactly the right doses. I followed the directions on the bottle, and even cut back the dose a couple times to see if that would help. But it didn't. I am usually pleased with NOW products, but this one isn't for me.
