Item arrived on date stated, safely packaged. Straightforward, pretty much plug in and go, great item, great price.

Used to give our Dell desktop wifi access and it works perfectly. The installation instructions are in tiny print but if you read and follow them, installation is easy using the mini-disk. Excellent value for money and very quick delivery.

Have pretty bad wifi coverage at home, and this one help a little bit, manage to get at least the connection and don't lose it where my phone doesn't get. any at all, so in my opinion is a good dongle even only get couple of mb in download

After installing a high-speed broadband in my home, I was horrified to discover that my Dell XPS Desktop was only giving me small speeds compared to other devices in the home, despite being the closest to the router. After a little research, I concluded that the Dell Wifi card must be inferior and I set out to find a solution, initially thinking I would need to have a new internal wi-fi card fitted. Not so! The Foktec dongle just fits into a USB point. I used the accompanying disc to download the necessary software/drivers. I had to restart the computer 3 or 4 times before the dongle showed up as being active - and then wow - the broadband speed showed up initially as 3 times faster than previously - sometimes even 7 times faster. What an amazing device - and for so little money and so easy!

Got this for my man cave in the loft as the new 400 Mbs Sky Router is located in the living room downstairs.The loft walls are plasterboard with foil on the outside unfortunately. After a lot of trial & error, I moved our wi-fi extender into the kitchen. In the By suspending the aerial from the loft ceiling with a picture hook and connecting it to my PC via a USB extension lead. I am getting a download speed of 80 Mbs, well pleased.

Purchased this to use on a PC that was not possible to connect without wireless, due to location.Keept loosing connection and now windows can’t even see the usb wireless adapter, only fit for the bin.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I could not run the mini CD that came with the product on my laptop. Maybe my CD-Reader is broken I don't know. However, I contacted them via email and they helped me a lot. They sent the installation file and explained step by step how to install it. Although the signal strength of my network, which is currently 5GHz, is 68%, I do not have any network and connection problems. My internet connection is very fast.Previously I could not watch 720p video on this old laptop. Now even 1080p videos run without stuttering.I recommend this product.
