The 16" was perfect..exactly what I was looking for. Very shiny and seems good quality..going on a beach vacation in a couple months and plan on not removing it - we'll see how we'll it holds up. Just received it last night, I'll update if my experience changes.

This necklace chain has been excellent. I have a toddler and struggled with him tugging on my necklace and snapped numerous chains. This one has held up and he has not broken the habit. Nice shine, accurate length. Very pleased with my purchase

The chain was well-packaged, shipped promptly, and arrived in good shape and on time. This link style is easy to use for various pendants and it looks quite nice when worn.

This chain is actually prettier than the one I bought it to replace, but the pendant I needed it for is a little heavy and I’m worried this delicate chain might not be sturdy enough to hold it long term. This will definitely not be a necklace that I’ll be able to wear everyday. The lobster claw clasp is very small and I have a hard time working it. Hoping I can find an extender for it that will be a little easier to work with. Otherwise it’s very pretty, came in nice packaging that can be used for storage and it enhances the heart pendant it was bought for very nicely.

I ordered this chain & it wasn't delivered by P.O.... I called customer service and they got me another right out! It's beautiful and sturdy! Love it!

Beautiful! Just what I wanted to hold my pendant.

I picked the 20” because the graph on the listing showed that option hanging down to the top of the chest. This thing could barely wrap around my neck. I’m very disappointed with the quality too. It’s super flimsy and would almost work better as a bracelet. What I received should have cost maybe $5. I’m insulted that this was sent to me. This is deception and false advertising.

Chain was not what I expected, it's very thin, and it has to tangles in it, and I thought it was shorter, sorry hate to complain but I thought the chain would be thicker also.
