Q: Instructions, please! is there a webpage w/mac instructions? i cannot turn it into mac mode, and the command key doesn't work for anything.

The 'scr' led light is used to indicate whether the keyboard is in mac or win mode. To switch between mac and win mode. Assuming the keyboard is in win mode ('scr' led is extinguished). Press & hold the mac/win button for several seconds. Once the mac/win button is pressed the led light 'scr' will start to flash. Once the 'scr' led goes steady the keyboard is now in mac mode. Do the same, press & hold the mac/win until the 'scr' led is extinguished to switch back to win mode. Hope this helps... I found this by guessing... i share in you frustration in getting good info

Maybe, I accidently hit some combination and locked my keyboard up one day. Never figured out what i hit. No instructions as to keyboard combos is a downside.

The usual Ctrl + Printscreen (PS/F13) key combo on this keyboard works normally with Win10 OS, and a Laptop through a docking station. Also as others have noted, using FN+PS, and Win + PS works also... ...Possibly your Ctrl Key is defective?
