Better taste than the sachets.
Really ideal way to take Fibogel, the powders were not very nice to take and as I didn't take them they would not work on me!When I started using these tablets I felt I was very 'blocked', so I ended up taking as per instructions. Well the result ended up with, shall we say, a new shade of bathroom s***, the aroma could only be described as farmyard on the hottest day possible. It went on and on for 2 days and nights. Still, the positive outcome was, it kick-started my weight loss. I did not want to get bunged up again, so I started taking the Fibogel again, night time only, but just 1 or 2 (if I'm feeling a bit sluggish) and hey prestow the pills work well even if I don't take 9 a day!

Palatable fibre supplement
It seems fibre supplements struggle to deliver a meaningful dose in a palatable form. While capsules are the easiest to get down, their dose is impractically small, especially for their cost. These chews are a better compromise. The 'chew' part is a strange label because if you don't swallow them fast they stick to your teeth in an unpleasant way but if you avoid that they taste OK and don't need a drink to get them down if that is somehow a benefit.Given that you need to eat a whole tub of these a day to achieve recommended fibre intake it would seem more practical and far cheaper to incorporate vegetables/fruit/cereal into your diet. This product seems to be an expensive way not to solve a problem.

6 a day! They don’t mention that before you buy.
I got these as an alternative to powder and awful tasting senna tablets. I didn’t read the bottle and took 2 at night for a few nights. No movement, no happenings. The fine print is hard to find as it’s under the front label. I was shocked as for 12 and over it says to take 3 in the morning and 3 at night! It’s only 30 tablets! So that’s way too expensive. They are big and chalky and you can taste lemon though. Don’t waste your money on 6 a day - Boots natural senna did the job for me.
