No heartburn, mint coated, no stink, and works great!
So I’m not sure if “all” the credit of my healthy winter months can be attributed to this... however I am certain that this is one of the biggest contributors ;)I started a keto diet in November. My sister had been struggling with a mrsa flare up (or what she was assuming it to be) so when I started reading about it- I came across a lot of things saying that oil of oregano would help! I ordered her one of these and gave her some of my big name brand to put on it, topically... and then I bought myself a bottle as well. My boys have had an awful lot of colds and viruses since November and I’ve not had a single one of them. I suppose knocking my sugar intake way down is helping... and I also take VitC and D... by ive taken those before and did a higher protein type of diet and still got sick. The mrsa possible spot on my sister cleared up within a few days of using oregano... and I have not been sick once since taking it... Healthiest winter I’ve ever had. And it’s CHEAP! $10 for a bottle?! And the best part is that they’re easy to take... no hint of oregano since they’re coated with like a mint type of coating and I was afraid of getting heartburn or having tummy issues like I’ve experienced in the past dropping a few of a big name brand into a vegy cap. For the price and value of these... HIGHLY recommend this. I’m going to be a return customer with this supplement for as long as I take supplements ;)

I use oregano oil frequently and these seemed to work well. Oregano oil can be hard on the stomach so take with food. It works.

Saved Tons in Dr Bills 5 out of 5 Cured of the Flu.
Myself I prefer to take the liquid extracts. Every time I've felt a cold coming on I takeNow Leaf GlyceriteNOW Foods Olive Leaf Glycerite 18% Oleuropein , 2 ounce and Oreganol P73 North American Herb and Spice, Oreganol P73, 0.45-Ounce. I take very heavy doses of both and I also take 1 drop of the Oreganol and rub it around in my nose. The Cold always stops in it's tracks and never develops into a full cold. Than I get better normally. Don't miss work, I do sleep extra on the weekends. My Children and Wife wont' take the extracts so I recently bought Pill and SoftGel Form of these products . For the Oreganol I chose Now foods and for the Olive leaf I chose Natures Way Olive Leaf in capsule Nature's Way Olive Leaf 20% Oleuropein, 60 VcapsThis past week a Flu hit the family Myself, Wife, Eldest Daughter and Middle Daughter. Also a flue hit two of my co-workers and I gave them 4 of each a day for 3 days.My Co Workers were given these on Friday and on Monday they were cured.Normally at least 2 or 3 of my children and my wife would have had to go to the Doctor and get Antibiotics and all that other stuff. These products worked. I went to Vegas for the SSW show on a Tuesday and when I returned on Friday everyone was cured. Without having seen an expensive Dr.These two products combined cured everyone the same way that the Tinctures cured me. Stopped the Cold in it's tracks. The Children didn't miss School,Wife got well in record time and important to me I didn't end up laying out a lot of Money on Dr Bills. When I consider how much I saved in Dr. Bills, Antibiotics, Cough Syrups, Analgesics using these two products together for around $25.00 total cost was the deal of the century.!!I don't know if either would work separately because I've found the two to work together so synergetically that I don't want to risk taking separately.

Stomach ache tells your gut health
I know many people get stomach ache after taking Oregano oil.But often it's not because of a side effect of itself or its harmfulness. In my experience, it turned out that it was caused by my bad gut bacteria, which may be Candida.I heard that killing bad bacteria causes stomach aches, a part of die-off/herxing.So stomach ache tells you you have bad bacteria in your stomach.Over time, my stomach ache softened and eventually went away while I tried this repeatedly.I no longer get stomach aches.A strong smell is the only downside.

An Ounce of Prevention...
I have been taking oregano oil soft gels in conjunction with Now Foods Elderberry Extractr 500mg, Veg-capsules, 60-Count, garlic and other supplements, as well as diet, exercise and so forth to help strengthen my odd immune system. From my research about oregano oil, I believe these also help me fight off whatever baddies I'm exposed to from being out and about, as well as whatever my daughter (who works at a hospital) and others may be exposed to and bring home as non-affected carriers. What I like about these is that they are fairly small, enteric and I've had no problems with digestion from them, (I do take them with food on my stomach). I understand oregano oil has some pretty impressive antiviral, anti-fungal, anti-candida, antimicrobial and antibacterial properties--all of this from an easy to take natural supplement, yes please! Taking these and other herbs and supplements helps me to take a more natural, proactive approach in getting/staying well. It's better and cheaper and to do what I can to not get sick where it can be prevented whenever possible than to go to the doctor, then the drugstore. Basically, I typically take 1 oregano oil soft gel once a daily with the "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" attitude; it's easy enough and I've had no ill side effects in the (over 1 year) period I've been taking them. Thanks for reading!
