Hi I think you go into Menu then scroll down to Call history. Highlight the number and you should have the option to delete.

Q: I want to plug the charging dock into the mains. which adaptor plug would be compatible (usb type)?

It’s a standard USB connection, so any usb charger should work, I replaced the 13amp socket with one with a built in usb socket :-)

Q: Can you answer and end calls by opening and closing the flip, if so how do you set it up

You can end call by closing, but you have to answer by opening and pressing the "answer" button. Pretty straightforward. Bought for Mum who is in her 90's and in a nursing home - she has no problems. Also very clear, loud volume, so no hearing problems either.
