The Puffin Keeper

The media could not be loaded.  When I read this book, i felt that I am inside this story as a speaker. My kid liked this story.

Michael Morpurgo never disappoints. I read this book to my son, and he thoroughly enjoyed the book. It moves quickly and talks about how the author befriended an eccentric that led him into writing.

Lovely book. Beautifully written, and beautifully illustrated.

I read this to my 5 year old over the course of about 3 or 4 nights and we really enjoyed it.. its such a lovely story, my daughter loved it when they had to nurse the little puffin back to health. Would definitely recommend !

This was wonderful to read to my 7 year old daughter, and 4 year old son. Finding something to appeal to both of them is hard enough, but I even enjoyed this myself, which is quite something!The illustrations are beautiful and enhanced the engagement with the story, particularly for my 4 year old.We all would have been happy for the story to be longer.I wish there were more books like this out there.

Beautiful read, for kids above 6 ! The illustrations are truly amazing . Great afterword. The puffin is beautiful metaphor
