A wonderful source of B vitamins. My nails and hair are looking good. The best thing is they help keep the stress levels down. I order this every month. My husband is diabetic and this help. He also does Ceylon Cinnamon caps for blood sugar levels helps keep the blood sugars down. Also, use Tumeric. He has arthritis that is very painful. Neuropathy in his feet. I am researching everything to help him get what he needs from Vitamins, and other foods that will help with inflammation. Diabetics need lots of protein. I have him on a no gluten. sugar-free protein powder. It has 23 grams of protein per milkshake. We use fruit. little ice cream sometimes. Just to make it cold. We use the Vanilla. protein powder you can also bake with it to give some protein to the carbs that get eaten. These Vitamins are really wonderful.

Excellent product! I was searching for something to give me energy. For years, I have had trouble sleeping, which wipes me out during the day. I have tried different vitamins and supplements, but nothing made a difference in my energy level until I tried these. After taking them for about 10 days, I noticed a major improvement in my energy level, which has continued to increase. After taking it for about 4 weeks, I forgot to take my dose one morning, and I really noticed it...my energy level took a nosedive that day. I'm very, very pleased with the product and the results, and have even recommended it to several friends. I've already ordered my second bottle, and will be looking for other products from the company, too.

I purchased this vitamin initially to make sure that I got my B12 vitamin vitamins in with my vegan diet and because I was advised that if you don't take all of the B vitamins, then just taking one of them would not work. The added bonus has been the additional energy and Clarity that I received. This was not the case at first however. It was actually too much for me in the beginning as I have bipolar 2 and am apparently sensitive to this.Be careful if you are bipolar and/or struggle with insomnia. This caused a bit of hypomania and I was awake for a little over a week. Increasing my mood stabilizers helped me to be able to go back to sleep long enough for me to get through this side effect of the supplements. That all took about two and a half weeks. Now I find that I have positive side effects from the supplement including not really feeling as if I need a cup of coffee, and although I have lupus, I have enough energy now that I feel as if I can do things such as working out without being too exhausted before I get there. Please note, the things that I have included are not necessarily a ding against the supplement but I have included them as a warning for anyone who may have a chemical imbalance or problem sleeping already. Know your body before you add a supplement that is high potency and will give you energy.

After three days I could tell a difference! I'm type 2 diabetic and lose nutrients pretty quickly. Without supplements, I start to lose muscle, & tendon strength and gain a lot of pain. So my lower back started hurting and after three days I started feeling stronger. After a week now my pain has lessened enough that I walk without folding over to it. This B complex is the only one I've found that didn't make my leg swell or my kidney hurt. Of course, I'm taking Adrenal edge and that may help the kidney pain thing. I am so glad that I found this B complex. It is high-powered. I searched high and low and was getting so tired of the little dab of mg per element that other brands have. This one is awesome although the pill is quite big, I don't have a problem with it. if I had to I'b break it in half or whatever it took to get these down. You won't regret buying theses from this company

My product arrived very quickly.I ordered this B vitamin because I suffer with fibromyalgia, which means not only do I have pain, but also quite a bit of fatigue. One of my biggest goals was to be able to work out in the morning before work instead of having to do it after because I'm too tired for it in the morning.Honestly, only a few days into taking this supplement I started to notice a major improvement in my mood and energy. I have been able to not only get out of bed easier, but to work out in the mornings. I seem to retain more energy throughout long days at the office which means I've majorly cut down on energy drinks.I'm honestly just feeling better in general. I would recommend trying this supplement to anyone who is looking for a nice natural energy boost. It seems to absorb very well.

I know everyone else found these easy to swallow but I didn't. I opted to crush a capsule into an applesauce or an oatmeal. For the few weeks I used these they gave me energy and worked just fine.Definitely drink A LOT of water with these as the capsules are bright yellow and when digested everything will be said bright yellow if you don't dilute with plenty of water and food. I do like how strong and fast acting this formula is, truly wish this brand had an alternate liquid form.

I started to take this B vitamin complex because one day I read about how important they are for your overall health. I had no clue that this would actually help me getting less migraines. All my life I have been having serious migraines, and though they been getting less intense when I get them over the years, I still get them. I get the once with the aura, I'm very se ditive for light, smell etc. I started taking this Vitamins ,and for 3 month I didn't have any migrain at all. I use to get them 2-3 times a month. I got one the other day , but it wasn't to intense, I took aleve as nd 25 minutes later my vision worked again. I'm grateful for this product . Thank you
