Great Kayak
Nice kayak for the money. It's made of 1000d polyester which is plenty strong enough. Super easy to set up. Takes maybe 10 minutes to unload, pump up, attach seat and put it in the water. Seat is easy to attach and it's exactly the same as I purchased for my other kayak ($40). I'm not a fan of the paddle coming apart in 4 sections, so I've been using my own, but.....EVERYTHING, including the pump, seat, paddle and kayak easily fit in the tote. The tote is HUGE! I have a K-100 pump and a 15 gal dry bag and a waterproof box and it all fits easily. I'm not a big fan of the velcro for the foot rest, as I don't use them. The kayak is also a little short being only 8 1/2 feet. There is a lot of wobble, but adding a little weight to the front cuts down on that quite a bit. The pump has a gage so it's easy to see when the sides and floor are full. The pump is a two way pump which pumps up super fast. (Up and down.) The only reason that I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 is the skeg, or fin. It's not easy to get in or take out. It has a clip to hold it in place but you have to squeeze it together to remove it and its difficult to do one handed while your holding the kayak out of the water. And I don't like having to drag my kayak out of the water with the skeg attached. Also the plate on the bottom that holds the skeg isn't flat like my other inflatable, so even after removing the fin and taking it out of the water it got pretty scratched up. Plus the way you have to slide the skeg in isn't easy either. This one also comes with self-bailing holes for white water but you can close them for flat water, which makes these the best of both worlds. And the caps for the self bailing holes are attached so you don't have to worry about losing them! Because of the smaller size these would be great for kids or smaller adults. Not sure how someone 6' or over would do. I'm 5'3 and it's perfect for me. I also like how portable and easy these are to throw in the car and take off. I can load, unload and set up all by myself, which I couldn't do with a hard-shell. The only drawback to inflatables is laying them out to dry before storing. Otherwise they can get mildew. Another perk is this one is lightweight. It weighs under 25 pounds with the seat attached. I usually get this all set up in the campground then carry it down to the lake. I almost forgot, these have also have the higher end air valves like the ones on my $1200 inflatable kayak. This is not a glorified pool toy! If your limited on space, or you want something super easy to use.....get an inflatable! You won't be disappointed. If you are considering this kayak and have questions, I'd be happy to answer them.

Absolutely worth the money. This will last me a lifetime.
This kayak is wonderful. It’s made of very heavy duty material. The bottom is so solid you can stand up in it. It was so easy to get in and out of. I was extremely impressed. I’ve been wanting a kayak for years but couldn’t bring myself to buy one due to storage and transportation so I decided to get an inflatable one and I’m not disappointed. The seats are easily adjustable you can put them just about anywhere you wanted. Easy to convert from two seater to one seater. Easy to air up and deflate. The instructions are easy to understand and very specific.

Tough kayak
Just finished our maiden voyage with the new kayak. Seating is super adjustable and we eventually got me 6’2", wife 5’8" and a small cooler very comfortable. We did a 3 hour small river trip. The kayak dragged on the rocky bottom and ran into numerous branches while navigating rapids. This thing is super tough and came out unscathed. Everything feels high quality and justifies the high price.Inflating is pretty easy as the hand pump moves a lot of air. The air valves are heavy duty and seal very well. We inflated at the river but decided to bring home still inflated to let it dry out. The kayak is relatively light and easy to handle/carry even for 1 person.

Set up was fairly easy, yes I did read some instructions
Purchased 10 days ago and did about 4 miles Saturday in the Etowah River. Set up was fairly easy, yes I did read some instructions. The boat is fairly fast even with two adults. Steering was really good and responsive to oar input and direction. The boat is fairly light weight and two people should have no problem transporting to water or from water. The seats are comfortable for a kayak and adjustment may take a little practice but it does work well with good back support. Inflation and deflation was no problem. Be sure to get all the air OUT before putting her away.Rowing / paddling was easy with normal arm length. The sides are elevated which adds stability but not so much to inhibit paddling. The two paddles that come with the boat are great!Suggestion: Improve the owners manual with photos' / illustrations that guide the owner in the right direction...that is a simple fix.

Awesome!!
I kayak every weekend from May through October. I love this inflatable. Is everything I had hoped. It is light, way lighter than my hard shell kayak. It is very comfortable. Much easier to inflate then I thought it would be. Like 5 minutes, I am out of shape and it was cake (-:Just 2 issues, I should of gotten this kayak sooner and the bigger issue I let my wife use it and she loves it too.

Holed out first outing!
Don't know how--quiet tiny lake, sunny day. Don't know when--no obvious contact with anything. But upon the second inflation, it was clear there was a small pin hole in the port pontoon. I patched it and moved on with my life, but it is worrisome. Other than that, it is as advertised. Easy to inflate with pump and the "rigid" floor is nice. The seat backs are quite high--I had to buy a special "high-backed" PFD to get the floatation up out of the way. It is also very difficult to fold and get back into the "handy" carry case. If not for the hole on the first day, I would be very happy with the purchase.
