Robinson Racing Products 1216 X Hard Pinion 16, 5mm (1.0 Mod)

So far this is only brand pinions that dont break or wear down the teeth within a couple days. 1/8th scale pinions should be able to handle 5000-6000 watt motor on 6s but they all warp, wear down or break almost immediately on my 1/8 custom monster truggy. Maybe I could modify my rig for 1.5mod, might as well since I've run out of other things to upgrade or work on

Perfect fitment for my application. Put on my team redcat mt8e . Meshed up perfectly with my stock spur gear . In fact , it’s quieter than it was stock as far as noise is concerned.

I bought this my mamba monster motor to work with a center diff. It works perfectly and has held up for a few weeks now. This looks like its good quality and should last a while. I'll update my review if any teeth break off.

Best pinion gears you can buy. I have broken teeth off from 2 other name brand pinion gears in the same rig. I bought this pinion to replace my last broken gear and I believe it to be the best, by far. Also, it runs much quieter and feels smoother than previous pinions I used. This is the brand I'm sticking with.
