Do you know if this product work in roomba 645 series?

I put them on a 600 series (not sure of which). They work fine. Biggest problem was getting old tires off.

Does this work for Rhoomba 690 series

Yes. Just follow vision directions. Any one with basic tools can do it. They work great.

Has anyone tried these on the Braava 380t? Do those tires fit?

They were great for our 970 Roomba. It wouldn't go over area rugs. We replaced the tires and the Roomba is back to normal.

Has anyone tried these on the 890 series and how well did they work? how easy or difficult are they to install?

I put them on my 890, just had a couple of screws to take off to get to wheels. Easy to install and they work great!!
