It works amazing I can put it on level 2 for an hour and a half in the morning and the pain goes away, I love the softness and the weight is very comfortable. I highly recommend this product if you suffer from shoulder and neck pain!!

If you have neck or shoulder problems, I highly recommend this. It's soft and wraps nicely around the area, unlike regular heating pads that tend to be stiff. The cover is also very soft material. It has 9 levels of heat, but I don't go past 4. It also has a timer with multiple settings and shuts off automatically. And, the "collar" that hugs your neck is perfect! Bonus: it's FSA/HSA elligible. Awesome product!

This is definitely worth the purchase: I'm so glad companies have created hot pads specifically designed for specific uses. It comfortably sits on your neck and shoulders and using it is easy peasy. My only complaint is I wish it got hotter, but I have to add I LIKE super hot. This probably stays in a safe range. Now my mom's 1960's blue-teeny-blanket type of heating pad could burn down forests it's so hot, but jeez is it satisfying!

Best money I ever spent here. The weight feels good on an achy upper back. The heat gets sufficiently warm to ease muscles without burning or making you feel overheated. The cover is soft, and it fits well with the snap. I don't feel like I'm being choked. There is an extender piece to make the neck hole wider if needed.

This works so well. I love that it is shaped perfectly to fit your shoulders and has a collar to get your neck and it snaps in front so it easily stays on. It has 10 heat settings so you have options and detailed control. It also has timed auto shut off so you don't have to worry.

Husband had shoulder surgery and this was perfect! Soothes pulled muscles, back, neck and shoulder. Fits well.

Long story short, I injured my neck at work. As a result, I required heat therapy only for me to stumble across this product. This thing is excellent. It has different heat settings, plugs into your typical AC outlet, and with the right extension cord is how you can use it while you sleep.

***EDIT***Got this at the end of August and really only used it maybe once a week, if even that. Two weeks ago out of nowhere (end of October), it stopped working, the screen would flash whenever it was plugged in and be stuck at level 4 and the 30 minute timer. I couldn’t change the settings and it won’t warm up anymore. Up until it started doing that it was great, I loved that it could target my neck and shoulders.Seller reached out to me almost immediately after my review and offered to send me another heating pad free of charge. Their customer support was very friendly and responsive. I would still say get the protection plan to be on the safer side.
