Sukemichi Jeep TJ Locking Gas Cap Cover Fuel Tank Door Cover for Jeep Wrangler TJ 1996-2006 Black USA Flag

First up the item is a nice looking unit and the general door is of good quality. The reason I say its not worth the money is because the OEM lockable cap rubs up against the fuel filler door. This makes the door sit incorrectly. After using it for about 2 months the lock is hard to lock and unlock. Seems like a very cheap Chinese throwaway lock thats being used. I gave it one star as Im a firm believer in being fair and giving credit where its due. So one star for the quality of the door itself. Just a shame it has some issues.

This fuel door cover does not replace the OEM fill nozzle housing, but rather it fits over it giving you a lockable outer cover. It fit well and simply required removing the existing screws and then attaching it over the top. It seems well made, but only time will tell. I installed it on a 1997 Jeep Wrangler Sport w/aftermarket fender flares.

It is great quality aluminum, ease of installation, just remove 4 screws, place over existing filler opening and replace 4 original screws. The screws that come with it are to thin. I was actually impressed with it.
