I buy these in bulk so I never run out.
Tissues are soft and a bit smaller so less waste after a quick wipe. Nice and strong.

Neutral colors in an elegant pattern, low-profile boxed facial tissue
I started purchasing Kleenex® Professional Facial Tissue (21606) because the Kleenex Multi-Care facial tissue was discontinued several years ago. The design pattern and the low-profile of the box is the most similar to the pattern and box of the Multi-Care facial tissue. The only upside is that the Professional Facial Tissue (21606) is made in the USA, while Multi-Care was made in China. This Professional Facial Tissue is fine if you've only ever used a standard Kleenex tissue –– but for those of us who had the pleasure of enjoying a larger-sized tissue with a box and tissue fold designed so only one tissue was dispensed, we will continue to grieve that the Multi-Care tissue was discontinued. To the manufacturer, Kimberly-Clark Corporation: If Multi-Care was discontinued due to disappointing sales, please consider bringing back the Multi-Care product (tissue size, fold, and box) without the name, just the product description: Large-size facial tissue. For years, I had hesitated purchasing Multi-Care because I thought I would be purchasing something more like a napkin or paper towel. What was a consumer supposed to expect with a name like Multi-Care? I am speculating that you never needed to discontinue Multi-Care; you just needed to delete the name. I am aware that you market a large tissue, but it's in a larger, predominately black box. Please bring back Multi-Care.

Kleenex vs. Kirkland bulk purchase
I have purchased these a few times thinking I couldn't do better price-wise but I was wrong. Right now, they are on sale for $43.99 per case of 48 boxes (6000 tissues). That comes to .007331 per tissue. If I do S&S (with 15% off -- because that's the only time I use S&S), it's .006231 per tissue. At Costco this week they had the Kirkland tissues on sale for $20.49 (regularly $25.99). It's a case of 30, 110 tissues per pack or 3300 tissues. The cost there is .006209 per tissue.Sounds like I'm splitting hairs here, but the Costco boxes are prettier (you get four colors per case - not so hotel like) and the tissues are softer (IMHO). Like the Kleenex, they also include the different color near the end to let you know they're almost gone. The downside is that I have to have a membership and I have to lug them home. However, I already have the membership and I'm lugging home many other bulk items so what's one extra!?We go through a LOT of tissues so any savings is always taken into consideration -- unless it's for crappy tissues that are rough and hurt our tender noses. It's not worth the savings if they aren't soft!

PERFECT FIT!
Our household is old-fashioned in that we have solid oak tissue box holders in each of our bathrooms. Stores around us no longer carry the size of tissue box that will fit; they've all gone to carrying higher boxes - pretty boxes, but too large for our oak holders. We don't want cardboard boxes sitting in our bathrooms, no matter how pretty they are. These fit perfectly and purchase was a great price.

Good quality tissues.
We always used to buy our tissues at Sams or Costco, but it is a pain since they take up so much room in the cart, especially if you're restocking up on other paper products at the same time. So now I just buy these from Amazon on Subscribe-and-Save and get them to my door every 2 months. As for softness, they aren't as soft as the bigger boxes you can get elsewhere, I'm not sure why. The other thing that is a little annoying is that the first few tissues have to be pulled out very carefully in order to avoid tearing them. This is due to the fact that they jam 125 tissues into a thin box, so I get it. So it's only a small inconvenience. Also, when pulling tissues out, sometimes the next tissue is not properly folded in, so you have to dig around in the box to fish the next one out. But that is rare, and frankly, that happens with all tissue boxes anywhere, so that complaint is not specific to this product. The thing I like the most about these is the warning tissues at the end. After you've pulled out all but the last 10 or so tissues, they change from white to a tan color. This is really nice indeed since you can look at a tissue box and know it needs replacing vs. pulling the last one out and cursing up a storm since your nose is still running like crazy but there is nothing but a cardboard box to mop it up with : )
