perfect for bulk fermation
I mainly use these for sourdough baking and they allow me to easily see how much the dough has risen, and whether it has a domed top. The top fits well so placing them in the fridge isn't a fraught experience, and they're airtight saving me from using plastic wrap to keep them covered on the counter. I've washed them in the dishwasher (top shelf) and they hold up well.

These are the perfect size for what I wanted to use. The plastic is great quality, is very nice, sturdy and good with heat. This is perfect for what I needed.

Really great turn-around.The product itself is exactly as I had hoped it to be. Solid plastic construction, well fitting lids (no lids missing) and BPA free. Over time, I hope the ink markings won’t fade or wash away as has been reported by some.I need these food storage containers for storing 3 different types of flour (all-purpose, bread, whole wheat). Depending on the outcome, I may come back and order the 6 or possibly 8 quart.Incredibly pleased!

Great storage containers.
These are great for storing bulk beans and grains. The lids are nice and tight. They stack very stably. Very pleased that these are made in the US.
