It does completely snap together, no glue needed
Great addition to our set! Snaps together completely and is pretty darn sturdy. Light doesn't blink unless the train is running, so be prepared for that. All in all it is just as described and I would absolutely recommend.

very sturdy and to scale
I bought this bridge 2 years ago. It was very easy to assemble and install. It is a bit fragile when assembling, but after its built is quite sturdy. Makes a great addition. The light blinks when the power is turned on. I use it with my DCC train. I previously bought another similar bridge (without the light) from another brand, but it kept falling apart, even when glued. This one by Bachmann is of good quality. I am very satisfied with it.

Elegant and sturdy, train looks great going through
Agree there should be simple directions with this, so here they are: the corners snap together but you have to press on them quite firmly. Do the sides first, then when they are firm, add the top. The top snaps down at the four corners. The metal strips should stay inside. Match the photo on the box. Once it's snapped together, it is very sturdy, and it works great with EZ track. The light blinks a bit erratically sometimes but that may be the way my track is, can't necessarily blame it on the trestle. My 4-6-2 Pacific looks awesome going through it.

Comes apart easily
Works great, doesn't come with instructions to put it together although it seems fairly simple. I'm new to the model train world and was unsure if I put it together correctly regarding the copper tags for the blinking light on top. I wasn't sure at first if I had put it together correctly but a quick test run proved that I had. The bridge itself has nice detail to it but will come apart rather easily at the top.

The best
The media could not be loaded. This thing is pretty hard to put together, but he’s really cool when it’s finished

Light Doesn’t Work
Bridge directions were a little vague, but once figured out, came together nicely. I like the look of the bridge and it connected without any issue to existing track. Major disappointment is that the light on top has never worked. Bummed.
