It's tinted moisturizer with spf. Because it is tinted and leaves a smooth look I don't use make up over it.

Q: I have very light skin and red hair. i only light tint color. will this look like makeup on my face? How can one color fit all?

I am light skinned with blonde hair and it's fine for me. It's tinted, but seems to kinda fade after letting it set for about 10-15 mins. It is pretty sheer, and I really don't think you need but a little bit and just blot it on (and let it dry.) What I like about it is it acts like a primer. I think you'd probably be okay with it, but it is kinda pricey to guess.

Q: How often do folks reapply this sunscreen throughout the day?

If its just a normal day where I'm only outside on my commute or at lunch I just apply it once in the morning. If I was going to be outside all day or at the beach or something I would apply every hour or two. Mineral sunscreen degrades in the sun, so if you aren't in the sun all day it lasts, but if you are you need to reapply more often.

Q: Can this replace an SPF moisturizer?

I'm not a Dr. but the product states it has SPF 30. It was recommended by my aesthetician. She has clients that use it as a primer to even skin tone and as a SPF under their foundation. I use it that way as well and when I don't want to wear any foundation on the weekends. When I use the product I don't apply another moisturizer with SPF and it works fine for me.
