Can this be attached UNDER the sink and not in such an unsightly way to the faucets with an aerator?

The reason it attaches to your faucet is so you can regulate the temperature. If you don't care about regulating temperature, you may be better of getting a model that attaches to the toilet directly.

how good is pressure since sprayer only has on/off button? does turning sink on higher increase bidet spray pressure or is it always the same?

The pressure is GREAT! You can make is as low or high as you want it ... it is a button and depending on how hard you press on the button gives you your pressure. It does increase more with the tap valves AND the switch at the faucet (on/off for bidet) ...but again, you can control that with the button on the actual handle. (Takes a little practice for a lighter touch) I have always wanted and actually needed a bidet and for the lack of one this is the next best thing. In my opinion you will not be sorry!!! I am delighted with everything about it. You may however need to visit your local hardware store for an additional fitting for your sink. Maybe spent $6 dollars... Again, I can't say enough about this item. Good Luck!

What brand and model faucet is in the photo? The fine threads of this adapter will not work with my faucet.

It doesn't matter which faucet is shown. What you do is get in touch with Rinse Works and explain the problem. They will work with you to correctly determine the adapter you need. They did with me and it works just fine though it may take some effort and time to complete the installation. However, in my need with my wife's care, once correctly installed, the hand-held bidet has been much help.
