ArtisanaOrganics Raw Walnut Butter with Cashews, 8 oz

This is a high quality spread and perhaps people who were disappointed with the taste could add some honey to it or brown sugar. Personally and in our family we love the 'neutral' buttery taste of it on rice cakes and bread. I am also looking forward to using it mixed with coconut cream (and honey !) as a filling or topping for cakes etc. The topping could be sprinkled with grated chocolate or coarsely ground coffee to make it look special.

Very nice. Authentic taste of walnuts with tiny cashew bits. Will order again as soon as my first bottle runs out.

Expensive, but quality comes at a price

Nice taste. No added sugar. A must go for walnut lovers.

For the record, I really like this walnut butter in the large jar...so much so that I put it on subscription. However, for my most recent delivery I switched to the 8 oz. jar because at the time I did the math, and the small jar was less expensive per ounce. Well, I was very unhappily surprised to find that while the large option of this product comes in a glass jar, the 8 oz. jar is PLASTIC, though that was never stated in the listing. (I never buy nut butters or oils in plastic containers because the oil leaches toxins from the plastic and into the food.) Moreover, it leaked much of the oil out during shipping. AND, the item cannot be returned. Such a waste of money, and no recourse available from Amazon.
