Fantastic product
The primary sump pump is nice & quiet. The Battery box fits a full size deep cycle battery. Could have used more paint/powder coat as the cast is beginning to rust. Has been in the water for about 10 days. I contacted the Seller and they got back quickly. The inquiry was re shipping tracking #. Recommendation for future models is to have technology option to send notification via cell vs just the alarm. We got to trail the machine last night as our power went out. Worked perfect. Alarm is loud. Sump pump is in basement so couldn’t really hear it upstairs. Way better than anything we could find in the area we live.

VERY CONFUSING TECH SUPPORT
While both Wayne and Vendor tech support sent me this note : ALL YOU NEED TO BUY IS THE BATTERY - EVERYTHING ELSE IS IN THE PACKAGE.But this was hardly the case : I asked them what type of battery to buy - the answer was Marine Deep Cycle 12V 75 - 100 V Hour, sealed lead acid, no maintenance. Charger - transformer was included with the pump package.But the battery store guy said the 100 Amp Hour was just a guideline - the higher the Amp Hour the better. And the charger that came with the pump was not good because it wouldn't charge a good size battery that could run the pump for 24 hours as claimed in the Wayne literature. So I asked Wayne and vendor again. Now they said it was not up to them to recommend a battery.

Well designed combination pump
Damaged somewhere in the shipping or construction process. Main pump worked well, moved a lot of water quickly and quietly but the DC pump would not function. Evidence of a drop on the shipping carton and a small paint scape on the side of the pump. Numerous attempts and checks only resulted in blown 30 amp fuses. Returning for refund

Appears to be a goid 24v replacement
Product received in good shape & as promised. Havent installed yet. If its as good as the 24 volt original system (mtce free, reliable, heavy pumper, no worries over the 20 years in place), then I will he a happy homeowner. Thanks.

Backup battery needs to work
Back up battery keeps blowing its fuse, pump works fine but without the backup it defeats the purpose of why I bought it. Can someone help?
