I've been taking these Carlson Cod Liver Oil Gems for about 6 months now and I'm really happy with them. The softgel capsules are a good size - not too big to swallow but substantial enough that you feel like you're getting a proper dose.What I appreciate most is that there's virtually no fishy aftertaste, which was a problem I had with other brands. This is a quality product and delivers a good dose of vitamin D. I have been taking it for a year now and feel better not so depressed during the winter! In fact I feel pretty good!

I really think this is a good product. All natural and is good for joint pain.

Good quality. The EPA and DHA are alittle low but still a very good product. I appreciate the transparency of where the fish are sourced etc. price isn’t bad.

Better products out there. Needs DHP to be effective against high triglycerides.
