It came fairly quickly! It's space saving & sturdy! I like the headset hanger! I haven't use it for work yet! But I did several trial calls in and out with my cell and voicemails! Initially the volume does sound a bit low on it?! But on the voicemails, it was loud & clear! Although the MAX volume doesn't seem that loud, I also know inside company software systems, many times we can turn headset volumes up or down from there too! Overall, the sound seems sufficient! All the features I tried (mute, flash, redial, auto-answer, etc.) all work perfectly! To keep the non-illuminated numbers from blurring with the illuminated numbers, to see it more clearly when I look directly down it, I have it propped up securely at an angle! What did I prop it with? Get your own creative propping ideas! ;)I'll update my Review when I use it @ work!

Good corded call center headset telephone that was easy to use. Great value for your money and sound quality was good Great for call center jobs, customer service, data entry, etc.

I like the device in general, it works great and sounds great, but the display is tough to read at the angle it sits on my desk. It has an alarm clock type digital display and when you're not looking directly down at it, the non-illuminated characters jumble the illuminated ones. see attached photos. It would have been nice if they allowed you to adjust the display angle so the unit didn't have to sit right next to you. I do like the fact that it doesn't require batteries like my old phone.
