Absolutely perfect quality!

The product is fantastic, quite thick and really heavy, heats up well and very easy to clean when used on low flame that is recommended, high flame does burn/stick things to bottom. It heats up quite fast on induction heater as well, I boiled water only in it just to check .But, and this was the most important thing for meIT IS NOT TO BE CLEANED IN DISHWASHER !That's what the manual says as very imp. thing.So it failed me on that count completely as I had purchased it solely for that reason as the existing Aluminium thing certainly can't be put in dishwasher and which is damn good , better in fact than this triply things as far as cooking, deep frying is concerned.Also the heat insulators on the handles are sadly not backelite but are wooden !I have decided to keep it and clean in dishwasher and edit this review to include what happens then.Now after using it for 10 months with dishwasher cleaning, it looks all right, not affected much, only thing is I am blowing out the remainant water from the screw cavities in the handles immediately after taking out from dishwasher.

I'm absolutely smitten by how beautiful the Kadai looks; especially with the glass lid with a polished wooden knob to lift it and it is just as good as a cast iron Kadai if not better in some ways when it comes to food preparation.It being a triply, not only does it spread heat evenly, it does not take much time to heat up to the cooking temperatures which is something cast iron cannot match and it won't consume lot of gas in tbe process.Good gets prepared in decent time and it tastes great as well! These are not cheap but as is your health.

Beautiful stainless steel kadai with wooden handles, ideal for gas cooking (not tried on induction). Food does not stick to it, which makes cleaning very very easy. It looks much more cleaner than the regular non-stick cookware. Using since couple of days now, and have been quite satisfied with the product.
