Just to give myself some credibility; I’ve worked in the past as a professional chef, worked across different European countries, with Michelin star chefs etc. Just to tell you that I have an understanding of kitchen equipment and quality products.For home use this is perfect, it’s the originals hand mixer, invented by Bamix in 1954.My grand father had one for 35 years and worked like a charm.Now I feel blessed to own one as well to keep our family tradition intact.I am ready to have this until death do us part.TL;DR I highly recommend this hand mixer
