It’s matte and this is perfect, a lil’ dry, Cosmetics on its products!!

Applied in one stroke
Giving it four star because it's not at all waterproof...otherwise applied in one stroke and best for beginners......quick dry,jet black and easy to apply..overall product is gud but wash off with first wash of water
