Useful for various knots different areas (groin, adductors, armpits)
Discovered this is also great for getting knots out of my addutors and groin which have painful knots and are so tight its causing pelvic dysfunction, I put this on my Reebok aerobic bench and straddle it and it hits my tight knots so good. I like to move around to see what hits the spots, leaning forward, backwards, leaning on one leg at a time or working one side at a time... you have to move around to see what feels good.I just have my bench in front of the tv and can watch my favorite channels while sitting on it, maneuvering around and releasing these knots in my groin. It REALLY hits the spots in the back of my upper hamstrings and even adductors... I'm very creative tho and also use it in ways that are not in the manual, for example propping it up on something to raise it up and then laying on my side on the floor and doing one adductor at a time etc... but this has been AMAZING for my tight groin.I can also use this to hit spots inside my armpit (subcupularis trigger point if I lay down on the floor and put it under my armpits.... This is quite a useful massage tool that can be used for other spots than what its advertised for if you are creative

Relieves muscle tension
I ordered my Little Mum late November after searching for lower back massagers. It came in a timely manner. I watched the video demonstrating use and began using. I immediately felt I was receiving results of less tension in my lower back. I began using it to relieve tightness in my glutes by sitting on the bumps that help relieve muscle tightness in my glutes and found it most effective. So my use is lower back and glutes and I use one or two time a day. It helps the tightness that can build up, gives me relief and I sleep better.I have three daughters inn my family and I bought each one of them a little Mum for a gift for the holidays. They all three are using and reporting relief in managing lower back discomfort . They like using theirs on their bed or soft chairs to soften the impact of the device. They all have demanding jobs that build tension in their muscles. It is targets pressure point on the body to release tension.I use mine daily and find it is very effective reducing tightness and releases muscle tension.I am thankful for finding the Little Mum because it works!!!

Terrific Products
I have suffered with a herniated disc for decades. I have purchased several products that claim they relieve pain. Unfortunately NONE of them worked. I finally took a chance and purchased the Little Mum. I couldn't believe how fast I felt relief. The item is extremely well made and very heavy, so it doesn't slip and slide all over. It worked so well on my lower back and hips I purchased their Little Mum Trapezius Trigger Point Massager to see if it would help with my Occipital Neuralgia which has rendered me horribly in pain and disabled in a lot of ways. Again, it was amazing how different I felt after using it less than 5 times. Both items have given me the same amount of relief I use to get after paying $80 for a half hour deep tissue massage. I am thoroughly pleased with both of these terric items and would recommend them to anyone that is suffering with back, neck, shoulder and headache issues. Little Mum products are EXCELLENT. Thank You, Little Mum

Lower back tension points
It gets in the most hard to reach deep tissue in the lower back area. Definitely feels good to finally hit that spot!

Amazing Pain Relief
I have been suffering from chronic pain for 25 years. I have been treated with a combination of Nortriptyline and Gabapentin, but I couldn’t manage the side effects. The only non-drug treatment that has worked for me has been trigger point massage, but I have had difficulty finding providers under my insurance, and I was in so much pain that I couldn’t get an appointment with pain management or a physical therapist fast enough. This device emulates the feeling I would get from massages, which can cost hundreds of dollars. The device is heavy, but it needs to be in order for the silicone to hold its shape under the weight of the body. It needs to hold its shape in order to apply sufficient pressure to the painful area. You do need to carefully maneuver yourself over it and make sure that the protrusions are aligned to the trigger points in the back. It will be painful and it is somewhat uncomfortable to use, but that is where the pain relief comes from. It must dig into the trigger points. In my experience, no pain= no gain. It is definitely worth the cost and the initial discomfort when using it.

Painful
So painful to use. I had high hopes that this would help relieve my low back pain and stiffness. After 1 use my back feels bruised and is in more pain than than before trying this torture device. The massage / trigger point knobs are way too stiff and hard!!! Even trying this on a bed was a painful experience.

Excellent! Worth every penny!
Another high quality self care tool from LittleMum! My husband and I purchased this after also buying the back trigger point release tool (the "Lobster") and we love them both. They compliment each other well and are both effective for releasing tension and relieving pain in different parts of the body. This tool is best used when lying down on your back on a bed or the floor and works well for getting at those hard-to-release knots in your glutes and low back.

Awkward
Just arrived unfortunately it isn't suitable for seniors especially women. I'am a 71 year old woman with several injuries from the military. I get spasms in my low back, hip and buttocks. I will be returning the product. It may work for some people for myself it's awkward.
