I got these to keep from sliding around on certain floor types. I found they stick well and look very cool (you know being bright red and all). I would recommend. And the product was reasonably priced.

I bought these to add to my childs poorly designed dress up shoes - she was on her way to breaking her neck if I didn't intervene.These little grips are holding on strong. I cut them to fit her tony shoes, and I like them because they arent damaging my flooring.Its hard to know what youre buying online. Theres are more rubber, whereas some grips are more like sandpaper.

Not so strong adhesives its gone out of my shoe sole.

Used the sand paper : and stuck it on the heel. The adhesive was not strong and came off during the day. Also the pad is bigger than most shape of the women pumps. Had to trim it slim.

I bought these rubber pads to protect the sole of my Louboutins without hiding the red bottoms. You can cut them easily to the shape of your sole, the adhesion is strong and it adds a layer under the ball of your foot that makes the shoe more comfortable.

They didn’t last 20 minutes! I walked outside for about 2 minutes and when I go to my destination, one fell off and left glue on the sole, which kept collecting dirt.I am now trying to remove them from the rest of my shoes, but they leave a layer of glue on all of them. Really wanted to protect my shoes, but got a headache instead!
