There is a pleasant aroma when you open the bag, but be warned - it doesn’t ‘taste’ that way.I add it to a meal replacement smoothie for the health benefits only as there is zero taste added. In fact, if I add too much I can tell - it zaps the ‘sweetness’ right out of the entire shake. When I get it right it does enhance the chocolatey essence, it seems. The recommended serving is 1 Tbsp … no more!

Great flavor and size of bag I didn't realize I got the 2lb bag but it's ok. It has a rich flavor and smell. I use 1tsp in my black coffee it adds another layer of silkyness and mild bitter notes ...but mostly silky fats flavor from cacao such a good combo. In yogurt with cinnamon oh so many cacao uses.

Great tasting organic unsweetened cocoa and great price! I bought this twice for my husband. He loves to add this to his decaf coffee.

It’s great once I mix it with flavored yogurt. By itself, the cocoa is quite bitter. Sometimes I add a teaspoon of honey to my cocoa drink and that helps. Overall, it makes for a healthy drink.
