I don't write many reviews but I want to provide help when I can. This manufacturer was suggested (on another website) as "top rated" for their Ashwagandha product, so I purchased it despite being more expensive than other manufacturers on Amazon. I've found it to noticeably reduce my minor aches & pains, and, reduce my appetite.I simply use half a capsule with hot water 2-3 times per day. I'll use it to suppress my appetite if i feel hungry before mealtime. Haven't noticed any other benefits. Been taking it almost everyday for a month. No side effects. Hope this helps.

Wow! I cannot believe how quickly I saw results with this. I've always preferred herbal supplements over RX so this definitely fits in that category. Let me tell you as a 47 year woman possibly going through perimenopause on top of my existing anxiety and depression this stuff IS A GAME CHANGER! I noticed a difference in 5 days. I take 2 at dinner time and that routine works for me. I'm upbeat and happy and dont dwell on the negative. When covid hit I wasn't able to workout to relive my stress so I got fat and depressed. Every doctor appointment when i asked for alternitive help I was told everyone is going through depression/stress because of covid...then the doctor wants to prescribe you an anti- depressant...NO Thanks! I cannot rave about this enough. At this point I have not seen any side affects from it other than HAPPINESS. I cannot wait to see how this works for me once I go back to the gym! I read Ashwaganda enhances muscle growth and strength.The herb could supercharge your gym sessions, too, since it's been shown to increase muscle mass, reduce body fat, and increase strength in men...maybe this will work for women too. I also read Ashwagandha is an aphrodisiac...it can increase your sexual drive. It works by stimulating the production of nitric oxide and increasing the blood flow to the genitals. Consuming Ashwagandha actually dilates your blood helping in better circulation. You can also take its help in case of erectile dysfunction.My gyno had said Ashwaganda is a GREAT natural way to help with what I was going through. I didn't subscribe with my first purchase as I wasn't sure if this would work for me but now that I know it does I will DEFINITELY subscribe. BTW I have read you should take this at night because it may may you sleepy...I haven't experienced any sleepiness from it at all.

Since taking this supplement I have noticed a change in within I feel with more energy. I feel less sluggish .

This product was recommended to me by my doctor for my anxiety disorder. I didn't want to go on any more prescription meds for this so she recommended Ashwagandha, and according to her this brand was "the best of the best" for this. So I ordered it and began taking it. I noticed a difference in my anxiety levels after 1 week taking this - just be sure to take it as recommended. I take it first thing in the morning BEFORE I eat - has been working GREAT!

Ashwagandha relaxes & help me get quality sleep!

I was SO excited to find this product. I bought it and wanted to use it, but last minute I decided to do more research on it. I found studies showing Ashwagandha can cause liver injury and damage. Please do your own research. I decided not to use this. Pretty bummed about the studies I found.

I usually take an anti-anxiety medication but ran out. I had Ashwgandha tea in my cupboard. I starting taking that but I did not want to drink tea every time I had anxiety. Within 2-3 days, I could live without the medication. People write reviews on some of these supplements and half the time I don't believe it because I'm thinking it's like the placebo effect. This stuff works. If the recommended dose doesn't work then double it until it gets into your system but for me it was a savior.
