I have been bodybuilding since my time in the Navy (10 years or so) and I have tried dozens and dozens of brands throughout the years. From Muscletech, to BSN, to Dymatize, to JYM, to Gaspari, to ON, etc etc etc. Nutra-Bio is OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive, but it is bar non one of the purest brands on the market. I would rather pay 20-30% more for the actual product to reflect it's ingredients. Nutra-Bio has this as their entire marketing point, you get what you pay for. I have so far only tried Nutra-Bio's multivitamin (men and women, fiance takes them too) and their Whey-Iso protein. Honestly they are phenomenal, I have taken 'Orange Triad' for years, and while they are absolutely top-end, their deficiency in vitamin K-2 (and me having to supplement that supplement with another supplement) grew tiresome. I am ordering my second bottle as we speak and have been very impressed with the company as a whole so far. I will update this review if anything changes, but I highly recommend people to support a company (albeit pricey) that honestly advertises their product, I think practices like this have gone by the wayside in recent decades and instead focus on manipulative slogans, graphics, graphs and promises. Give them a shot people.

I appreciate the fact that Nutra Bio creates and doses their products based on the available literature. Their product makeup is not determined by cost, but by the ever-evolving research. I have personally been immersed into nutritional sciences for years and the fact that the minerals in this product are chelated goes a long way. While I don’t think that vitamins in isolation should be viewed as good as food, the fact that they are in this form strongly resembles how we would receive the nutrients when consumed as food and therefore better absorption and less gastric upset. I’d strongly recommend.

Good products overall from company. I also use intra blast. I like the new powdered vegetable capsule style. I take two a day on non workout days and 4 on workout days. Definitely wouldn’t take at night before bed. Maybe you would have a different result but it kept me up at the beginning taking too late. Otherwise no complaints. This company is evolving in a good way. And even donated free products to hospitals dealing with the corona virus.
