What is the impedance of this subwoofer?

This subwoofer is not reliable.just after 2 months it got defective and after sales service is poor.contacted the seller, told me send the subwoofer at their adress to which i did by paying shipping charges and when i got it back the grill was broken and the cabinet have dents and broken pieces and the subwoofer is still defective...u can try your luck because price is attractive...

Can it be hooked up with Pioneer av receiver?

The subwoofer has RCA in and RCA out. Pleae do check user manual too. I was able to connect it to my SMSL amp which does not have a sub out. The source (PC) is directly hooked to RCA in of subwoofer and RCA out of subwoofer is hooked to RCA in of my amp. The amp is connected to bookshelf speakers through speaker wires. The set up works fine, and sub also have low pass filter.
