Becoming disabled enough to need a cane in my 30's has been hard, so if I was going to be stuck with a cane a wanted one I liked, well I LOVE this one. It is light but very sturdy, it was easy enough to trim down with a hand saw from the dollar store, and the color if FANTASTIC. I have named him Oscar.

I am new to the world of canes. I was suddenly hit with Meniers disease (major random vertigo). I needed to carry something that would help me in my daily life. I also love purple and wanted a cane with style. WOW this fit the bill.My husband did have to cut off an inch to make it work for me. That means it will work for many users. Plus ash wood is very strong. So I can lean all I have to.I believe that it comes in more colors. The purple one is soooooo pretty. You can still see the wood grain it's like it is lightly colored in the prettiest purple. Also all other canes I looked at had a gold band at the handle this one has a silver one, way more modern.In conclusion, if you have to use a cane you might as well have a pretty stylish one.

This is a very nice stick. It comes too long for me, but that is easily cut down and it is long enough for a very tall fellow. The only change I would prefer would be to make the handle much larger in diameter so that it really fills the hand. This handle feels pretty thin and small to me.

I love this cane. It is well made of beautiful and solid wood. The handle is great for the arthritis in my hands. I would recommend this can to ANYONE, but especially to someone with arthritis. It also has a classy look about it for such a great price. No glitz, but beautiful and classy. In my opinion, there isn't one thing to dislike about the cane. It's handle is much more comfortable than most canes with the hook handle. The Fritz oak handle and the balanced weight of the cane makes this cane the most superior one I have ever used or owned.

Color is darker like the first few pictures indicate (ones w/out hand) but the stain was not applied evenly, so some places are lighter than others. I'm actually considering re-staining so that the coloring is more even, and to hid the wood that is showing through in some places. Also made from a soft wood, so it does ding easily if dropped. Granted I'm extra clumsy, but I had mine less than 12hrs before it got a knick.Otherwise it is a good cane, sturdy, and very stylish!

I absolutely love this cane, I use it for stability with a touch of style. It is a one piece solid oak with a beautiful finish to it and I definitely would recommend it to someone looking for a quality made cane.

I ordered this because I have severe tendonitis in my right ankle and I've forgotten how to walk normal. My physical therapist suggested that I try a cane for a little while until the pain subsides. I found this cane on Amazon and thought it was gorgeous...especially for the price. If I'm going to use a cane, it's going to be a pretty cane!It's perfect! I have been walking with a cane for over 10 years. This is by far one of my favorite canes. It is a nice, strong cane. I bought it becuase I like wood canes better than metal, and I wanted a strong cane. Oak seemed to be the best one for strength. The handle shape is a very comfortable one. i am able to push down a lot of weight on the cane, and it only has a slight bend to it. I purchased this cane to replace another wooden cane that I was using prior, which would have a very noticeable bend to it when pressed down with weight.Update: CONI have purchased this cane 3 times. Unfortunately the longest it lasted was 1 year. The other 2 approximately 6 months. The issue is the company uses a brass bolt to hold the cane handle to the shaft. Brass is weak and over a short time can not withstand the everyday stress. Each one has broken on me. As much as I like the cane, I can no longer spend money on them. Truly unfortunate.
