I like that its so thin. I wear them under my work pants. That being said because I do the velcro is the size of the flaps so the edges rub on my skin. I put a thin washcloth material behind my knees to buffer the velcro and I'm a happy camper. They have cleared my after work knee pain from kneeling when stock shelves. I tried the bulky kind and just didn't like the bulk.

My daughter (10) is using them for volleyball and if her sister is not playing at the same time she takes her sister's knee pads for volleyball. She doesn't slide very well and they feel weird to her

I use it for a lot of things and overall its pretty comfy and easy to put on. :))

They're remarkably comfortable for what they are. Velcro makes them easy to put on and heck, because they're black, they don't show dirt and they go with everything! I wear them sailing, and they're perfect.

Bought them for dance classes. Great adjust fit, and when I need to was them I just throw them in the washing machine, and air dry. My knees are happy.

Good padding use for work in vet field , only issue is rubs back the knee making it sore

I bought these for constrution/flooring work. I was hoping for a little more padding. The pad is fairly small and loose in the pocket and didn't stay in place for me, although I was not using it for its intended purpose

I’m a dancer so these are way efficient when taking on and off for quick dance changes verses the other type that you have to take your footwear off first to slide the padding up your leg.
