I hope this is what you're looking for, as I'm very impressed with the standard of the ladle. Really solid and well made. The wooden handle feels good and you can hang it on a hook, if you like!

Good for ladling

This is a good ladle. The spoon head is metallic and has good diameter-to-depth ratio (some call it 'volume'), which makes it good for ladling. Perfect for ladling soups, or stews, or even soups! The handle has a wood finish so that your handsies don't get burnt if you leave the ladle near the pot. The handle also fits in the human hand quite well, as if by design. While I'm not completely sure what a sub-standard ladle looks or feels like, this is undoubtedly a FIVE STAR LADLE.

Good quality and good value

This was bought to replace an old ladle whose handle became loose. That won't happen with this one, which is particularly well designed. We use it to serve soups and stews, and it is ideal.

Excellent Ladle

Great ladle, allows me to get liquid from one place to another quickly. Large and well built, better suited to large pots due to its size.Metal feels strong and not malleable so it can take a heavy load without issue. Looks good as well, and wood has a good finish.
