ATD Tools 81050 Blow Molded Heavy-Duty Mechanic’s Creeper

This is a great creeper. Low slung so you can get under things easily, light weight, and durable construction. The headrest material is the only part that could be a little tougher, but I've had no trouble with it and it's easily replacable if need be in the future.If you need a creeper buy this one you will not be disappointed.

This creeper is replacing an off brand that i had purchased 4-5 years ago that is exactly the same. As far as the replacement creeper goes it is very sturdy. Would have given 5 stars but you will need to grease the wheel bearings as they will hang up a little while rolling, and, the head rest padding is on the cheaper side. Would have also like to seen plastic caps to cover top section of the wheel/nut assembly to keep dirt out as with my older creeper. As this creeper is the same as the one that was replaced, (because my partner ran it over ), this is what you can expect, I am 6 ft 200 lbs and the plastic held up very well going under 4,000 commercial vehicles till its misfortunate accident. Expect to replace several wheels every couple years if you use it as hard as I have. I replaced the head rest on the old creeper with memory foam and a heavier vinyl which I switched to the new creeper. The side pockets are a plus and the design covering the wheels is a big plus to keep your shirt or back of arms from getting pinched in the wheels. The side pockets are a big plus for tools, flashlight etc. The price is a little steep but this creeper is worth every penny compared to major brands I have used in the past.

This is a high quality creeper. However:The high sides won't let you roll to one side so you can get yourself off and back on your feet. It is a pain in the butt. Rolls good, but if you try to scoot off to one side of the creeper, it will break your ribs! It is perfect if all you ever do is look up with your hands overhead. But the reality is you do not! This might be okay for a twenty year old just starting out, But I have been in the business a long time and just need something better.I ended up giving this thing away for $20 and spent some real cash for most awesome creeper from the tool guy in the white and red tool truck. Yes, you know what truck it is! They are number one in the tool business.

I received this creeper today and returning back to Amazon. I have two small children and this would look like a "toy" to them. Product is made in China, with a sticker in the back, "Warning: Contains chemicals including lead,...wash your hands after handling....DO NOT REMOVE THIS LABEL". I wonder what other chemicals are used.The item is well built. I installed the wheels and seems to work great, but just unsure about the amount of lead and unknown chemicals in this creeper.For its functionality I would probably give it a five star, but why use lead and harmful chemicals to make this is beyond me.If you guys don't care about lead and unknown chemicals, then I would definitely recommend a "buy"

creeper has nice design and easy to lay on but tires are to soft and won't roll when you lay on it.

I have 3 creepers and use a creeper more than most guys should and this has quickly become my favorite driveway conveyance.When you get it take the time to re-grease the wheels and use RED locktite on the fasteners and she will be good to go for years. I actually use this more than my BONE creeper (which was wildly more expensive) because its more comfy to lay on for extended period of time. The wheels are kinda small (id prefer larger) but since there are 6 it rolls over most smaller objects with relative ease.Im going to upgrade mine with a layer of 1/2" neoprene sheet, but thats outside the scope of my review.Overall, this is the best creeper ive bought in a looooong time. Well worth the price!

This Creeper is a creeper. I am able to move around with no problem and just the ease of placing bolts and tools on the trays makes it even better. My friends love it too.

Very prompt shipping from Amazon. Received within 2 days of order. Ever so slight learning curve deciphering the instructions for installing the first wheel. The remaining 5 went on in under a minute each with the included plastic nut holder/driver. Tip: May want to use your own socket to further torque down the nuts.One other review claimed the creeper was too narrow. We did not find this to be the case, it seems very comfortable and well sized for two different adults. The wheels could be a bit smoother or be more willing to glide but by no means bad. The slots for tools and knick knacks seems to be handy, haven't used that feature yet though.Overall it seems to be a great creeper for ~$40/shipped. It was a toss up between this and the "Bone" creeper which is $70 more. 4.5 stars if I could do a .5 rating, just because of the wheels.
