How do you secure the bag to the cart. It says it comes with atraps with snap but mine only has a hook like thing

I believe ours has an upper and a lower bungee cord to keep the bag attached to the cart.

how do you fold the cart up?

Lift the up on the green piece on bottom of handle, then bend handle downward and cart folds

Are the wheels plastic ?

Plastic, but not a solid plastic.... more like a foam. Great value for this product.

Push or pull

What a great product, this was delivered and my daughter put the trolley together while I was cooking tea. Therefore once I arrived at the course and making my way to the 1st tee I noticed I should be able to push the trolley. I had only forgot to drop the third wheel! Easy to push or pull. A nice handy net on the handle to place your rangefinder/mobile phone so you can checker you distances or record your score.Would recommend and would recommend buying the umbrella holder at the same time as we do live in the UK and it’s wet!
