Updated review: I previously gave this a great review, but after using it occasionally during the last year, I am disappointed that it started leaking. Mainly used on my car and plane trips. Felt it should have lasted more than a year. I took really good care of it. It just does not hold air anymore.Previous review: Love this for travel in airplane or car. Really makes a difference in how my back feels after a long day of driving! I also use it inside while reading or watching TV. Great quality, easy to inflate, cutomize for individual comfort, and deflate. Great product!

Found this on Amazon I thought it would be perfect for lumbar support. Unfortunately it went flat the first day. The good news is that I sent out and email to the company and received a nice response and an offer to send me a replacement right away. It was a slow leak and was very pleased while it held the air. The strap fit around my Toyota Camry drivers seat perfectly and stayed in place with only minor adjustments. The only change I would desire is to make it just a bit wider for my wider than normal body but then I wouldn't work as well as a neck pillow.

It doesn’t inflate automatically; you have to blow it up the old fashioned way. It took more trial-and-error that I’d have guessed to get my preferred level of firmness. But it was the least expensive option, so there’s that. I’m not unhappy with it... but I sure wish I still had my old back pillow.

had to be all but empty of air to be comfortable in the plane seat. In that mode it provided little in the way of head support/orientation. Overall, a disappointment for a supposedly top-rated device.

I wish it were designed to be bit wider, for those of us with wider backsides. Getting it positioned exactly in the right lumbar spot is a bit tricky, and the rigid air valve pokes me in the back, although the strap is great for getting it positioned on chairs and in the car. I wish the seamed edge was a little less hard -- I fell asleep with it under my neck, rolled over in the night and woke up with some serious red creases all over my face. Taking it on a two week trip tomorrow, so will report back on how it fared.

I really wanted to like this product but I purchased one and it got a leak. I am 105 lbs so it's not like a was putting weight on it to make it deflateThe only reason I am giving it 2stars is because the CS was fantastic as soon as I sent them an email about the product deflating they asked if I wanted a new one or a refundI chose to get a new one because I figured ok it may just have been defective NOPE because now the new one is deflating too!!This is a one star product!!!

It’s ok. It’s jot soft or comfy so I tried using it for my head to sleep and it was a no go. It did seem to be great for lumbar and I need to purchase something more soft for sleeping. Bit of a bummer. No cover you can take off to clean or wash.

Pillow is fantastic for lumbar support in my car. I love it. You can change the amount of air for the amount of pressure you need. Love it. Will probably by a 2nd one soon. Purchased my 2d one for work, it is fabulous and stays in the right position on my chair. Without the pillow, when I sit for a period of time, my legs hurt from my waist to my feet.This worked great for a couple of weeks. Now the one in my car will no longer hold air. The one in the office was deflated after the weekend, but is still holding air at this point. I will have to look for something else for lumbar support now, with straps for chairs and car seats.My fault. I have changed my rating again. Using in the car is fine, except for the cold air outside. The cold air condenses and deflates the air inside. So they do not work well to leave in cars in winter weather.
