This is a replacement for the older Gourmia that we had. It works great, is easy to use and the food tastes delicious!

Right to start with it’s a little bit intimidating because it has a lot of features and some of the explanations in the book are not very good. It has a pre-heat feature, which in most cases if you just wanna air fry is automatic and you can’t seem to disable it, other than that it works & cooks very it is also relatively easy to clean and take care of well

Pros: This costs appreciably less than other air fryers, probably because it’s not a known brand (the company makes niche chef/prosumer products like sous vide cookers). Nice looking. Controls are straightforward and clear (all analog), and took about two seconds to master. Capacity is slightly larger than comparable units (4L, or about 4.25Q, versus the GoWise 4th gen 3.7Q). Both removable pieces are dishwasher safe, though it’s probably as easy to wash by hand as any other machine. Does not emit much heat.Cons: No preheating setting to speak of: you can either preheat by setting the temperature and turning on the timer dial, or add 2-3 minutes to your cooking time. No accessories, no racks, no pans included, nor are any available from the company. No touchscreen (again, controls are analog, not computerized, but that’s a pro in disguise because it means less to go haywire and less to learn). Sacrifices power over competitors (1230W versus GoWise 4th gen 1400). Don’t know if it’s the lower power + larger capacity, or other factor(s), but I find I often cook everything longer than suggested times, sometimes one-third longer.Bottom line: if you want a simple-to-operate machine with above-average capacity for big eaters, without the sticker shock of popular name brands, and don’t mind adding a few minutes to cooking times, it’s a respectable option.

no le pongo las cinco estrellas por que los materiales se sienten baratones, me da la impression que no me va a durar mucho y me gustaria ver el recibo de la luz, por que tenia un foco prendido y senti que se bajo la luz al encenderlo.a reserva de eso, efectivamente frie sin encesidad de aceite (me prohibieron las grasas por que tengo piedras en la vesicula) asi que esto abre mucho mis posibilidades culinarias cocinando sin aceite, pero sin sacrificar saboraunque de nuevo, quisiera ver primero cuanto me dura.

Silver scratch (any toxic leak during cooking?) was found on basket at first when I pulled out basin in which basket not sat right in the middle of basin that contribute to food burnt; no clear indication & view on the right cooking time. Too hard to clean with chronic pains because too big/heavy to hold.
