Q: what size mast is needed to mount this antenna

The clamp on the antenna measures 1 1/2 inches, so it will take an inch and half mast.I used a three inch pipe and reduced it down to one and half inches.

Q: Is the company going to do anything about the rotor problem, the fact that it is erratic at best and often stops working? In addition, the transformer has been reported it being a problem and has burned out on several occasions. Anything being done with that?

Can't answer your questions. I've had no problem with mine but only use once or twice a week for about an hour. We can only get the local PBS station. Everything else is too far away.

yes, it comes with two cables, one for the power to the box and another to the antenna.

Q: Will this antenna work if set up inside & near a window?

I 1st set mine up in my bedroom lying on the bed, it picked up 49 stations! I live about 12 miles north of Orlando in a rural area.
