Brought to aid my grandaughter to stand & learn to walk, so the size was slightly to big, for its intended use “physical” training i believe it would be perfect, it easily takes an adult, is very well made too.

I couldn't have asked for a better ball for my final few weeks of pregnancy! Finally I'm comfortable after weeks and it feels so sturdy - the quality is great and the little tool to get the pin out is a godsend! Also at 5'11 I'm thrilled to have found a ball the right size for me!

Great for travel as easy to inflate and deflate. I found it to be a little soft even when fully inflated so I did not feel completely supported in some positions such as for side abs. Fine for press ups and forward facing sit ups. I guess that a sturdier/thicker product would weigh more and therefore not be so good for travel.

Perfect for punching! Perfect to be sed as a dummi when you want to practise jiu-jitsu drills and perfect to stretch on it. These are the main reasons why I bought it, stress relief reasons.

Easy to pump, great for pregnancy. Note, I'm 5'3" and had to get the large. Originally ordered the small which was too small.

Using this for pregnancy, great ball feels sturdy enough to hold my wve growing weight. Easy and quick to inflate aswell
