I have eczema so tend to have drier skin, and this has been amazing for my pole practice! Bonus points for no strong scent or skin irritation. I use couple spritz on both hands and it’s very grippy (don’t over apply, I may start using one spritz). I’ve also offered some to others in my class when needed and they’ve all been impressed with the amount of grip & took pics of the bottle. Also came with instructions to make it even more grippy, but haven’t needed to do that!I use this on my hands and I’ve seen others use it on their legs as well. Personally, it’s too sticky for me to use on my legs without being scared of getting stuck, so I use itac for that. However, I notice less residue on the pole from this product in comparison to itac.

Works well, I use it the grip for Pole fitness and it works effectively. A little goes a long way and you really need to wash your hands to take it off. There isn't a smell to it. The grip strength helps me to hold myself if the pole is slippery.

Was the best decision getting this instead of the grip tape. It’s small not a big bottle but it’s most definitely worth the price . Dont hesitate you won’t regret it . Easy use. Smells like alcohol but the grip strength is amazing. I love it

I planned to use it for my pole fitness class, it felt sticky on my hands but it left a slimy residue on the pole, so I kept slipping. One of my instructors told me it is better used for silks.
