This taste great. it took me a few batches to realize to cook it on low heat and Stir constantly. So it didn't burn! it cooks fast! Maybe some of you know this if you bake alot or this might just be this chocolate I'm not sure. Just be careful! Luckily I bought alot. Lol. I was really easy to work with though! The color held yup Wonderfully.

If you need a dairy-free white chocolate, this is it! The taste is good (rather sweet, but then, so is white chocolate), it melts perfectly, and hardens quickly and with a lovely gloss. I used it to make a white chocolate bark with pistachios and dried cranberries and it was perfect! I am going to use it now in other recipes.I should have known to go with a kosher brand - they have a long experience with dairy-free! Just note - This is dairy-free white chocolate, so the ingredients are quite different from white chocolate itself, but the taste, texture and melting properties are very, very similar.worth the price! I will buy it again.

These were unbelievable. I am a vegan of 2 1/2 years and I have 2 grandchildren with dairy allergies. I am not sure who loved these more. My granddaughter kept telling me that she 'luved those white circles'. These are so creamy and an excellent option for melting. I had tried a different brand and did not care for the taste and they melted horrible. Not these! They melt as good as the dairy version of 'Wilton melts'. So they work great for coating pretzels, drizzling on top sweets, or any kind of candy making. I have broken them up and put in macadamia nut white chocolate cookies.They were so good. I will only ever buy this brand of white chocolate again. Thank you for giving my allergy ridden grandchildren a chance to enjoy white cocolate that is not only safe for them but taste amazing.

I'm pretty impressed! The texture and flavor is very reminiscent of almond bark, and it's just as easy to melt and keep melted for dipping, drizzling, etc. It's also a true stark white! No yellowing at all, even while it's melted.I added cocoa butter, about 5% by weight, and that made a huge difference in flavor. The cocoa butter also helped to keep the coating from seizing when I added gel food coloring, so if you don't have oil-based color, you don't need to go out and get some.I added Silk heavy whipping cream to make a ganache just barely thin enough for a drip, but it doesn't set up the same way a chocolate with cocoa butter does. I think adding more cocoa butter may help it to set firmer, but I haven't tested it yet.The strawberries and cake truffles I coated had a great snap, and it took no more than five minutes to set firm enough to touch. There's no residue left on your hands or melting while handling the coating.I think it would only benefit from having cocoa butter added instead of some of the other oil they use for the above reasons, but for a vegan that can't find affordable white chocolate anywhere, this has been a great product to work with!

Made three perfect Christmas confections Dairy free since my family is allergic to cows dairy. Was very easy to use for chocolate drizzle. White chocolate action for treats. Great taste.

Thus far, these vegan white chips are the best I've found! They have a decent flavor and aren't waxy like most vegan white chocolate is. They melt great as well.

Do NOT buy these, they taste terrible! Certainly nothing like any white chocolate I've tasted! Such a shame as based on all the good reviews I was looking forward to having a good vegan white chocolate substitute. I honestly have no idea how this product got its reviews as it tastes like soap. Also not pleased to see it is made with 0 cocoa butter and is all hydrogenated oils, yuck! What a waste of $25!

Use these for cake pops and other treats and they turn out really good!
